Woodford Reserve matured in a second, deeply toasted & lightly charred barrel.
Nose: Dried citrus & orange peels with a hint of caramel & vanilla
Palate: Full & soft, marked by burnt sugar, caramel, orange & cloves
Finish: Muted but well balanced
Prichard's Double Chocolate
Nose: Sweet vanilla & honey with corn & complexity of chocolates
Palate: Touches of vanilla & toffee
Finish: Mellow, lingering & ending with a spicy kick
Aged with 10 “seared” French oak staves inserted into the barrel.
Four Roses Single Barrel
Complex, full bodied and smooth with a delicate long & mellow finish. Hints of plum, cherry & other fruits with mild spices, caramel, cocoa, vanilla and maple syrup.
Distinctive taste comes from secondary aging in port wine barrels.
Aged 7-years and bottled at 107 proof, Baker’s uses a special strain of jug yeast that has been in the family for over 60 years.
Uses twice as much rye to capture a spicy flavor, and is enriched by a hint of peppermint and citrus. Aged 8 years at a mild 80 proof.

Last year, we took a trip to Kentucky to the Jim Beam® distillery. We toured the rickhouse, thieved from barrels to sample, & learned about Knob Creek’s unique approach to aging. While there, we hand selected a barrel for our own special batch, which we now offer to you at 120 proof. Enjoy.
